This role would be working on the investment team of a high growth SE Asia Private Equity firm in an end to end role from origination to exit of their private equity fund of fund investments.

About Our Client

Our client is a high growth PE firm in SE Asia.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee and conduct market, industry and sector research, origination and screening of potential targets and analysing potential investments, including developing financial analysis, structuring and valuation;
  • Work closely with MD on origination and sourcing of potential transactions;
  • Contribute to the investment thesis of the firm and to generate deal ideas in collaboration with team members;
  • Mentor and train junior team members in due diligence with financial analysis and financial modelling on transactions;
  • Support and review the preparation of investment memos to present to the Investment Committee;
  • Assist with monitoring the portfolio, liquidity planning, restructurings, design of co-investment strategy and creating exit opportunities

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would have at least 7 years experience in private equity fund of funds role, must have excellent communication skills, pro-active, able to work in a fast paced environment and previous deal work exposure and closure of N American and/or European transactions is a plus.
