About Our Client
Our client is a leading offshore law firm with strong clientele relationships with Fortune 100 and FTSE100 companies. With expansion plans in place, the firm is looking for a Legal Associate to join them in their corporate practice in Singapore.
Job Description
Working closely with Partners in the team, you will be involved in a wide spectrum of cross-border corporate transactions and advisory work, ranging from mergers and acquisition, private equity, venture capitals and other corporate advisory work. You will work in a team to support global key clients, ie leading global corporations, financial institutions and investment funds in complex and challenging projects.
The Successful Applicant
You are admitted in England & Wales/ Australia/ New Zealand/ Hong Kong, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience gained in renowned law firms, focusing on corporate & commercial work. You possess a keen understanding of the relevant market and technical skills required for the practice. You are highly-motivated, an excellent problem solver with an analytical mind and communication skills to regularly liaise with key clients.
