Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of exceptional talent and job seekers seeking their dream roles. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
  • Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
  • Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
  • Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors' Degree with at least 2 years' experience of having worked in related functions/industries mentioned above or within a recruitment company- Ideally with technology related fields
  • Passion for a commercial role and what you have done in your career to demonstrate such passion
  • Values that are in line with ours- Team work
  • Ability to build rapport with C-level executives as business development activity is focused on targeting global/regional leaders from the sector.
