About Our Client
Our client is in the Pharmaceutical industry and has exciting expansion plans for the business regionally. As such they are looking for a Assistant Supply Chain Manager to support the growth of their business.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this role will involve the end-to-end supply planning to order fulfilment to their customers within Asia Pacific.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Supply Planning, PO, Order Fulfilment, Inventory Management and Supplier Relationship Management for finished goods across 13 markets.
- Ensure on-time delivery and prevent any out of stock situations.
- Involved with new product launches and work closely with Sales in the delivery.
- Manage a team of 2 specialist.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you should have a more than 7 years of work experience within Supply Chain with 2 years managing a small team. As the client is in the Health care industry, candidates that come from a similar industry will have an added advantage. You should be a Hands-on Leader who is comfortable using manual systems. Candidates with APICS certification will be preferred. You should have strong presentation and communication skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
