We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of landed residential construction projects within the property development sector. Based in Singapore, this role requires strong project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

My client is a Real Estate Private Equity in Singapore, known for delivering high-quality construction and development projects.

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from feasibility study, planning stage to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultancy firm to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all involved parties.
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree holder in Architectural studies or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A background in the property or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
