About Our Client
A leading security MNC is currently looking for a capable Assistant Manager (Operational Excellence) to lead successful implementations lean project within the enterprise and building people capabilities.
You will be responsible for designing, assessing and interpreting the unit performance matrix based on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, lean capability assessment, and compliance assessment. You will also provide business unit leaders guidance in implementing lean six-sigma projects.
The Successful Applicant
You should have a Degree, with at least strong track record in leading Operational Excellence, improvement or cost saving projects within multi-national companies. You have demonstrated abilities to handle end to end budget, analysis of accrual, audit requirements. A certification in green-belt or black-belt is essential.
