About Our Client
Our Client is a private equity firm with a distinct reputation as a market leader in the Asia Pacific region. Due to growing business needs, there currently exists a newly created opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretary to be part of the team.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be part of the corporate secretarial team managing the full spectrum of corporate secretariat duties including ensuring accurate and timely compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements, attending board meetings, preparing and reviewing resolutions and minutes and attending to AML and KYC matters.
The Successful Applicant
You are Degree and ISCA qualified with at least 7 years of relevant experience gained in a reputable service provider preferably followed by some in-house experience in the financial services space. A detail oriented, hands on and adaptable individual, you thrive in a fast paced environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills required to deal with a wide range of stakeholders.
