About Our Client
Our Client is a local conglomerate with diversified businesses and a distinct reputation as a market leader in its field. Due to continuing business needs, there currently exists a great opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretary to be part of the team.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Secretariat, you will handle the full spectrum of corporate secretariat duties including ensuring accurate and timely compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements and attending board meetings and preparing/ reviewing the resolutions and minutes.
The Successful Applicant
You are Degree and ISCA qualified with at least 10 years of relevant experience gained in a reputable service provider with preferably some in-house experience. You must have experience with both publicly-listed and private companies and exposure to M&A transactions will be highly advantageous. A detail oriented and adaptable individual, you thrive in a fast paced environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills required to deal with a wide range of stakeholders.
