About Our Client
Our client is a professional service provider with a strong presence in Singapore. Due to expanding business needs, they are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Secretarial team.
You will take charge of a portfolio of multinational clients where you will be involved in the full-spectrum of corporate secretarial work involving coordination of board meetings and signatures, preparing minutes and resolutions, facilitate advice and support to board members of client companies and ensuring statutory and regulatory requirements. You will also be guiding and supervising a team of executives and assistants in developing their skills and performance towards service excellence.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you have at least 5 years of relevant experience gained in professional service provider space. You have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to build relationships with global clients. You are a proactive team player and thrive in challenging environment while demonstrating high initiative and exceptional organisation skills to meet demanding deadlines.
