Job Description

  • Lead lease renewals and new leasing activities, engaging tenants, managing agents, and prospective clients to maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships.
  • Handle tenancy matters and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage leasing enquiries, conduct site viewings, and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, working closely with external legal counsel on terms and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate tenancy schedules, rental reports, and lease database.
  • Prepare and review lease documentation, liaising with internal and external legal teams on tenancy clauses and contract activation.
  • Provide regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on leasing performance, including income budgeting and forecasting.
  • Monitor and manage arrears, prepare recovery plans for delinquent cases, and liaise with legal counsel and collection agents as needed.
  • Develop marketing materials and support promotional campaigns for the property portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry peers and agents to improve occupancy and stay updated on market trends.
  • Contribute to leasing strategies aimed at optimizing rental income and maximizing occupancy across the portfolio.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, marketing, business administration or a related field
  • Min 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in industrial leasing with familiarity in JTC sublease applications and IAS processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with a customer focused mindset.
  • Meticulous and a team player with a high level of professionalism.
