Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
  • At least 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems (Elite 3E).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
