About Our Client
Our client is a global MNC and a massive player in the audio electronics industry with a strong presence across Europe, Americas and Asia.
Job Description
- Support and manage stakeholders for internal audit process
- Co-manage local tax and audit statutory requirement for our business in APAC, with focus in Australia as well as Singapore, Indonesia & Philippines
- Manage tax related payment & journal postings for Australian entity
- Oversee, coordinate & verify claim back by distributor for e-commerce biz in Australia
- Work with S&OP / Demand planning team to provide financial advisory
- Support the construction of budget & forecast preparation
- Co-manage & support Fin21 system for profitability analysis and forecasting and monthly CO-PA closing
- Work closely with team members to improve monthly forecast process, business reviews & ops preparations
- Co-lead SAP go live project in Singapore
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Business Administrative or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) is a must
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or related field, with prior experience in internal/external audit and handling corporate tax issues for APAC countries
- Proficient in SAP & BPC
- Prior experience in consumer electronics or FMCG
- Good understanding and knowledge of Australia tax and statutory requirements
- Some understanding on demand planning and supply chain will be beneficial
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving and results
- Talent and aptitude to analyse and solve problems independently
- Excellent written, verbal communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills and possess excellent business acumen
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility to get the job done.
