About Our Client

Our client is an international fintech company, listed in the US with offices globally in all major cities and a leader in the trading platform industry.

Job Description

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Responsible for account opening, operations, queries, and transactions for clients
  • Ability to assist the senior manager in preparation of meetings, engaging and building relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Able to understand and use the platform well to demonstrate usability to clients
  • Ability to create new relationships and grow future client base in person and over the phone utilising in person meetings, presentations.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would have a background in client services, excellent communication and networking skills, a background in working in technical sales would be preferred; must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and the passion and interest to be in a highly autonomous and self driven role; additional language skills apart from English would be advantageous.
