Job Description

  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and corporate guidelines, working closely with Finance and Compliance to maintain Procure-to-Pay integrity while guiding stakeholders on best practices.
  • Support and lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across key categories (e.g., retail fit-outs, marketing, Public Relations, IT, logistics), including supplier selection, tender management, and contract award.
  • Drive cost optimisation and value creation by identifying efficiencies, leveraging synergies, and supporting regional and global procurement initiatives.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular evaluations, audits, and continuous panel optimisation, while embedding sustainability and ESG considerations into procurement activities.
  • Oversee procurement reporting and analytics, providing insights on spend, project progress, and key initiatives to support senior management decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimally 5 years of professional regional procurement experience, ideally with exposure to indirect category management and/or the luxury industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results on time.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills, with experience collaborating across regional markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence and drive initiatives effectively.
  • Proactive, positive, and eager to learn, with a team-oriented, collaborative mindset.
