Job Description

The Asset Management Director will be developing strategy to optimize the current commercial portfolio in Japan which includes overseeing the leasing strategy and maximizing returns from the assets. The Asset Management Director will demonstrate strong leadership abilities to direct the team in the formulation & implementation of asset strategies while utilizing data, market research & analysis to work towards their collective goals. This role sits within the senior management team and will be partnering closely with cross functional stakeholders such as property management, marketing, technology divisions. The ideal candidate comes with proven experience of asset optimization within the Japan market with excellent leadership abilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Academic background in Buildings, Property, Business, Finance or related fields
  • Strong real asset management experience in Japan
