About Our Client

Our client is a Global MNC Premium Consumer Goods company who has been established for more than 50 years in the market. They have a strong presence across US, Europe and ASIA. Currently, they are looking to hire a Senior Sales Director to oversee the entire ASIA region and to develop long term strategic goals for the business. Michael Page is partnering with them on a retained basis to hire this role.

Job Description

You will be reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, your main job responsibilities include:

  • To be responsible for the full P&L of the region including budgeting and forecasting and to achieve strategic goals
  • Partnering closely with different functions such as supply chain, operations, human resources, marketing and finance in driving outcomes for the business across the region
  • To motivate and manage distributors/key accounts with a strong focus on the high-end and new product offerings
  • To in-still a constructive culture across team and provide strong strategic leadership across the region



The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful in the role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or any related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in Sales and distributor management within the FMCG/Luxury goods industry across regional markets
  • Strong experience in people leadership and a strategic thinker
  • Experience across all channels (key accounts, distributor management, e-commerce, on-premise, private client)
