About Our Client

Our client is a leading European medical device company, seeking a driven and strategic Business Manager with strong pre-sales experience to spearhead regional growth and drive adoption of our innovative medical technologies and software-enabled solutions.

Job Description



  • Lead pre-sales activities and expand business opportunities across ASEAN hospitals and healthcare institutions


  • Deliver impactful clinical education and product training to healthcare professionals in hospital settings


  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting product positioning and solution design for clients


  • Build strong relationships with KOLs, hospital decision-makers, and regional distributors


  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and clinical affairs


  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regional regulatory development

The Successful Applicant



  • At least 5+ years' experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or digital health solutions


  • Proven track record in pre-sales, clinical applications, or commercial roles


  • Confident in delivering clinical education and product demos in hospital settings


  • Relevant educational background in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills


  • Willingness to travel across the ASEAN region


  • Experience with software-enabled medical solutions or hospital IT systems


  • Exposure to working in regional or multicultural environments
