Job Description
- Provide Level 2 support for our application , using our defined service management processes and according to agreed SLAs
- Perform proactive support via service monitoring to analyse, highlight and prevent issues from occurring
- Work closely with 3rd level support suppliers to ensure the quickest possible resolution to issues
The Successful Applicant
- Experience of working in a support environment, particularly change/incident/problem/knowledge management
- Experience of supplier relationship management and working with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve incidents/problems as well as organising/participating in a continual service review process
- Enthusiastic and flexible to adapt to changing demands in the nature of the workload individually and in the tea
- Salesforce Administrator is a plus but not mandatory
- Salesforce Platform App Builder is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience working in a Windows / Microsoft office environment
- Experience using email-based support ticketing systems
