Job Description

  • Provide end-to-end Supply Chain leadership for APAC, covering Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and regional supply chain cost performance.
  • Represent the APAC Supply Chain function in the regional management team and act as the primary interface between Global Supply Chain and local subsidiaries.
  • Drive the execution of global and regional Supply Chain strategies, ensuring consistent implementation of corporate processes, standards, and governance across APAC.
  • Manage regional S&OP, Forecast-to-Plan, and Order-to-Invoice processes, balancing service levels, inventory, and costs in line with strategic targets.
  • Lead and develop high-performing APAC Supply Chain teams, including target setting, performance reviews, coaching, and talent development.
  • Deliver strong performance against agreed KPIs and proactively manage supply risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives across APAC Supply Chain, in close collaboration with various stakeholders such as Global Supply Chain, CMOs, and key customers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain or operations, ideally within the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry, including at least 5 years in a people leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Strong, effective communication and proven ability to collaborate proactively across functions with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working in diverse, multicultural environments.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business travel across the APAC region.
