Our Client is an American MNC in the FMCG industry with highly recognisable product offerings worldwide. They have significant market share in key global markets, offering a wide variety of diverse Consumer Products to their customers. The company has a vision to combine innovation, knowledge, people and products. With increasing demand and new product introductions, they are currently looking for a APAC Sales Operations & Order Management Manager to be an integral part of their business to assist and continue their current growth.
Reporting to an APAC Operations Manager, the role involves Sales Support and Order Management within APAC.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for end-to-end order management process with alignment to Global Standards.
- Provide sales support to both internal and external customers within APAC.
- Work closely with Business Planning on analysis of business data to help improve current supply chain and operations processes.
- Set up/implement solutions /business systems from a local perspective to a global initiative.
The Successful Applicant
To excel in this role, you should have 7-8 years experience in a MNC within the FMCG/IT industry to be able to implement Operational processes for the business. You should have the experience of starting up/implementing operations for a pioneer business within an MNC in developing markets. You should have experience with people management as this role has a number of direct reports. Strong communication skills with the ability to analyse is required as this role requires strong business planning and analytical skill sets.
