Job Description

  • Build and lead Asia sales while implementing strategies and tactics that lead to growth, market development and profitability of the company
  • Manage a distributor sales network while focusing on enhancing product recall value in the region
  • Create and put plans into place to streamline existing distributor networks, appoint new channel partners to grow the business
  • Helm all aspects of the business expansion including regulatory, sales, marketing & distribution, medical education and legal
  • Develop the strategy for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) advocacy plans to build and maintain critical relationships
  • Plan and develop programs and participates in medical congresses, expert meetings and other medical activities
  • Maintain budget responsibility for Asia programs

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in business development in the medical devices industry
  • Experience in working with both, direct sales teams and distributors
  • Proven track record of delivering growth and achieving key commercial objectives
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams across sales, marketing, medical affairs and regulatory affairs
