APAC Payroll Manager
About Our Client
Our client is a leading US multinational within their industry with a significant regional presence. They have consistently grown to be a reputable brand name and they are currently in the midst of recruiting a Payroll Manager to join their Singapore team.
Reporting to the Finance Director based in Singapore and leading a team of 3, you will manage all payroll-related accounts in the APAC region. You are responsible for the reconciliation and accuracy of one or more accounts within a complex accounting system. You will also be actively involved in researching and providing advice on payroll staff concerning the accounting treatment of complex transactions and will perform periodic internal audits of various payroll areas and prepare materials for external or internal auditors.
The Successful Applicant
You possess a degree in Accountancy with at least 6-8 years of working experience in the finance space with a strong focus on payroll accounting in a regional capacity in an MNC. You will have a proven track record of people management and dealing with complex payroll requirements. You are independent, mature and well-organized.
