Job Description

  • Development and implement loyalty marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to achieve the business objectives.
  • Responsible in retaining and growing the customer in the platform.
  • Execute and drive cross-sell strategy and execution.
  • Design loyalty, incentives, user marketing programs to generate higher value users.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing with a focus on customer retention, loyalty programs or CRM within the ecommerce or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful loyalty marketing programs.
  • Experience in CRM web marketing.
  • Strong leadership experience especially when it comes to build and grow a high performing team.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management both internally and externally.
