This is a newly created role as part of the regional COE structure. You will be in charge of implementing and managing all learning & development initiatives for the APAC region.

About Our Client

Our client is an established MNC with strong reputation and presence across APAC. As part of their continuous growth and improvement, they are looking to hire a Regional L&D Specialist to support the learning and development initiatives across APAC. This is an individual contributor role and you will report directly into the APAC HR Director.

Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate L&D programs across APAC, ensuring alignment with regional business needs.
  • Oversee course scheduling, curriculum updates, and end-to-end program administration.
  • Conduct LNA to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Take ownership of e-learning platforms and content ensuring effective utilization and engagement across the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality learning experiences
  • Support external vendors for specialized training delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 5 years of progressive L&D experience in regional capacity, preferably in MNC environment.
  • Knowledge of training evaluation methods and tools.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjusting to changing priorities.
