Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership across APAC finance teams, aligning regional operations with global objectives.
  • Act as a hands-on architect of the finance function, structuring processes, systems, and reporting frameworks for efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead the integration of the acquired business, ensuring seamless transition and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Harmonize financial systems and processes to create a unified, transparent, and compliant infrastructure.
  • Partner with senior executives to deliver insights that guide commercial strategy, innovation, and market expansion.
  • Ensure adherence to US-listed company standards and diverse APAC regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive senior finance leadership experience within multinational organizations, ideally in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Proven expertise in integration, transformation, and system harmonization.
  • Strong track record of balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in structuring finance organizations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and unify diverse teams.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to influence at executive level.
