Job Description

  • Leading FP&A activities across multiple APAC markets.
  • Developing and maintaining robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Providing strategic analysis to support commercial initiatives and regional growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, balancing financial discipline with commercial agility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes.
  • Lead audits and ensure accurate financial documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful APAC Controller (FP&A) should have:

  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Independent thinker with the confidence to challenge assumptions.
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of technology services business models.
  • Analytical powerhouse with exceptional financial modeling and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex financial insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Proven experience in FP&A, ideally within a regional or multinational setting.
  • Professional qualifications (CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA) are good to have.
