The client seeks an Employment Investigator for the APAC Region who will focus on handling fair investigations for Employee relations topics for the business. This role will report into the Head of Employee Relations and collaborate closely with the Legal, HR and Management team based globally across the diverse regions.

Job Description

The job responsibilities include

  • Collaborate with the Management to handle investigations related to bullying, discrimination, and harassment cases with a solid understanding of the business needs.
  • Spearhead full spectrum of fair investigations including background research, investigative interviews and debrief meetings.
  • Business partnering with Legal, HR and business teams to ensure business objectives are aligned with decisions made.
  • Develop investigation framework and improvement initiatives to increase subject matter knowledge in the company.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in handling workplace investigations for Employee Relations ideally in a fast paced organization.
  • Good project management skills and articulate communications skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of APAC regulatory framework.
  • High empathy to liaise on sensitive topics with employees.
