Our client is a leader in medical devices with a strong presence and a large global network in the APAC, America, and Europe region. They specialize in medical technology and services with an extensive, award-winning product portfolio. The leadership is looking for a creative and technically savvy Branding manager to join their APAC headquarters in Singapore.

Job Description

Reporting to the APAC Communications Head, this position's responsibilities include:

  • Executing employer branding strategies to boost the company image as an employer of choice in the region.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams to align the employer branding business goals.
  • Create regional-level projects for employer branding and employee engagement, to improve internal and external visibility of the brand.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant fields of marketing, communications, or business.
  • At least 6 years of prior experience in marketing with a preference for direct experience in employer branding.
  • Able to handle multiple strategic projects in the organization with strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience in event management such as employee campaigns and organization-wide events.
  • Strong communicator and public presenter with persuasive and influencing skills.
