Job Description

  • Lead AP and PO operations, managing invoice processing, payments, claims, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee month-end closing, accruals, and reporting aligned with Group Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations (GST, Withholding Tax).
  • Monitor KPIs like DPO, GR/IR aging, and PO adoption.
  • Drive automation and support SAP S/4HANA migration through testing and change management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP Manager SSC should have:

  • A degree in Accountancy or equivalent (e.g., ACCA).
  • 8+ years of AP experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in a shared service environment will be ideal.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, Withholding Tax, and AP best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP (ECC6 or S/4HANA).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
