The candidate will handle accounts payable duties within the Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will have a keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Job Description

  • Processing invoices and expense claims
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Handling payments in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintaining AP ledger
  • Preparing and submitting AP reports
  • Assisting in month-end closing
  • Checking accuracy of invoices, issuing cheques, and update payments in SAP.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP Executive should have:

  • A Diploma in accounting or finance
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payables
  • Ability to work in high volume, fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in using accounting software
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
