Global semiconductor fabless firm (listed) is recruiting for an Analog Design Engineer / Senior Engineer to join their start-up team in Singapore.
Job Description
The Analog Design Engineer or Senior Engineer will be responsible for either layout or circuit design activities.
Layout
Familiarity with the CMOS process and physical behaviour of diode, mosfet, biopolar devices & work on mask layout, ESD pad placement, block level layout till top level integration and tape out.
Circuit Design
Responsible for IC analog product development and CMOS circuit design for LDO, DC/DC, power switch, power fuse, LED driver and power fet driver blocks. Job scope includes spice simulation and collaborating with other teams on test, manufacturing till the product is ready to be released to the customer.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor / Masters Degree in EEE, Integrated Circuit Design or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a layout or circuit design function
