Job Description

    • Direct AI‑enabled research workflows to monitor competitors, analyse market activity, and review internal digital products
    • Conduct detailed competitor teardowns covering product features, user journeys, pricing, positioning, launches, and experiments
    • Evaluate internal products from a real‑user perspective to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
    • Decide what to investigate next, extending research angles and refining questions as insights emerge
    • Synthesise findings into concise, decision‑ready recommendations for Product and Growth stakeholders
    • Share learnings clearly through structured reports, presentations, and discussions
    • Continuously improve research workflows by feeding insights back into existing intelligence processes



The Successful Applicant

    • Experience in product analysis, competitive intelligence, market research, product operations, or adjacent product roles
    • Strong ability to perform competitor and product teardowns and translate observations into practical recommendations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex findings clearly
    • Comfortable using AI tools to support research and analysis beyond basic chat usage
    • Self‑driven and confident working in ambiguous, exploratory environments
    • Strong judgement, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership from discovery to recommendation
