Job Description

  • Deliver presales guidance to enterprise customers, engaging senior decision makers, uncovering true business needs, and shaping high‑value opportunities.
  • Conduct in‑depth discovery of customer business, IT landscape, and future architecture roadmap, producing accurate technical documentation.
  • Design, present, and deliver cloud and AI solutions tailored to customer requirements, including architecture strategy, product fit, POC planning, bid strategy, and configuration.
  • Perform market and competitive analyses, identifying customer pain points and differentiating technical solutions.
  • Lead end‑to‑end solutioning during project cycles, managing technical risks and collaborating with product and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Incubate and scale cloud solutions for industry‑specific scenarios across FSI, retail, media, or public sector.
  • Build reusable assets such as architecture templates, best practices, and case studies.
  • Provide enablement to sales teams and ecosystem partners through presentations, workshops, and technical evangelism.
  • Gather product requirements and defects from the field, driving enhancements that improve platform competitiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate has at least 4+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud consulting, or related technical presales roles, with a strong ability to engage C‑level stakeholders.
  • They possess deep knowledge in one or more areas-computing, networking, storage, big data, AI/ML, containers, DevOps, or microservices-and have hands‑on experience building or optimising cloud architectures.
  • A proactive, customer‑centric mindset is essential, along with strong problem‑solving, technical depth, and an ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
  • Experience supporting clients in industries such as FSI, retail, media, or public sector is preferred.
