Job Description

  • Facilitate the adoption of Agile practices within the technology department.
  • Coach teams and individuals to enhance Agile maturity and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile processes with organisational goals.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on Agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • Identify and address challenges hindering Agile adoption.
  • Support the development of high-performing, self-organising teams.
  • Provide metrics and reporting to demonstrate Agile progress and success.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Agile Coach should have:

  • Proven experience in implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices within the technology sector.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to support team development.
  • Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders across various levels.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and overcome Agile transformation challenges.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
