Job Description

* Bachelor's degree in a related field.

* Proven experience leading Agile transformations within product development environments.

* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.

* Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, SNOW).

* A passion for innovation and driving change within organizations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Agile Change Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in leading agile change initiatives within a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their practical application.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in analysing processes and recommending improvements.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
  • A background in the FMCG industry is advantageous but not essential.



* Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner) and change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner).

* Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
