My client is a leading provider of ultrasonic flow measurement solutions, specialising in flare gas measurement for the oil and gas industry. They focus on delivering accurate, reliable, and efficient measurement technologies to help companies optimise operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Description

  • Drive aftermarket sales, including spare parts, service contracts, and upgrades.
  • Provide technical and operational support to customers for installed systems.
  • Coordinate service operations, ensuring timely response and resolution of customer issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage logistics, order processing, and documentation for aftermarket sales and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive recurring business.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in aftermarket sales, service operations, or technical support, preferably in industrial measurement, oil & gas, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of ultrasonic flow measurement or similar instrumentation.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and drive aftermarket revenue growth.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with attention to operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and service support.
