Our client is looking for an After-Sales Solutions Engineer to join their Singapore team. In this role, you will prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals for after-sales services, proactively identify sales opportunities, and ensure all orders are accurately tracked in company systems to drive client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Identify retrofit and refurbishment opportunities and develop costed technical proposals with supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with clients on technical and commercial aspects of after-sales proposals.
  • Prepare and review customer orders, spare parts quotations, and service contracts.
  • Coordinate after-market support with project and service teams, including site services and spare part supply.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Support lead generation for aftermarket sales through prospect screening, data analysis, and outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and perform other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field, or any related discipline.
  • Possess minimally 5 years' experience in sustainable technology/ energy/ petrochemical/ marine/ power, oil and gas or water and waste treatment industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with a customer-focused, results-driven mindset and ability to work fast under pressure.
  • Proficient in systems and software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Salesforce CRM, and AutoCAD.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in negotiation.
  • Flexible and willing to travel as required.
