Job Description

  • Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any customer inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and payments

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a MUST
  • ACCA / CPA certifications are an advantage
  • Experience in accounts receivable or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
