Job Description
- Preparation and processing of financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Processing and ensuring prompt payments to vendors and staff
- Performing bank and account reconciliation
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency with financial systems and standard software applications such as PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office etc.
- Mandarin proficiency required as the role requires translation of official documents
