Accounting Manager

* Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts
receivable, GL and intragroup allocation and billing for a portfolio of entities.
* Lead the monthly/quarterly close and financial reporting and analysis to HQ and joint venture partners.
* Responsible for treasury matters including cash management, cash forecasting and funding arrangements to
ensure sufficient funds at each legal entity.
* Manage and review tax computations and relevant supporting schedules for quarterly reporting to HQ.
* Review quarterly GST reporting, annual XBRL filing & ad-hoc Government's survey & statistics reporting.
* Plan and drive the preparation of G&A budgets and forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting (Singapore FRS, US GAAP, IFRS) and tax regulations and laws in
Singapore and adherence to internal controls and group policies and procedures.
* Liaise with HQ, external & internal auditors and other external partners
* Support new acquisitions, including but not limited to, new entity and bank account set up, funding and proper
accounting for the acquisitions.
* Identify and implement process improvements including systems implementation/upgrade as necessary
* Manage/participate in adhoc analysis and projects when required.
* Manage and mentor a team of accountants & finance executives.
