A private real estate fund management with portfolio of office and retail assets mainly in Australia. Approximately $1billion of funds under management, our client is headquartered in Singapore with offices across Australia.
Job Description
As an Accounting and Admin Associate reporting to the HR &Admin Manager, the main responsibilities are
1) Accounting:
- Accounts payable & Accounts receivable
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- General ledger
2) Human Resource:
- On-boarding of new hire
- Provide administrative support to HR Manager
- Processing of employees' expense claim
3) Administration:
- Responsible for courier, answering phone call, attending to guests
- Liaise with office building management
- Liaise with travel agent for travel related matters for all offices
- Keep track of training/seminar register
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in relevant field
- Atleast 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words, Power Point and MYOB
