A private real estate fund management with portfolio of office and retail assets mainly in Australia. Approximately $1billion of funds under management, our client is headquartered in Singapore with offices across Australia.

Job Description

As an Accounting and Admin Associate reporting to the HR &Admin Manager, the main responsibilities are

1) Accounting:

  • Accounts payable & Accounts receivable
  • Monthly bank reconciliation
  • General ledger

2) Human Resource:

  • On-boarding of new hire
  • Provide administrative support to HR Manager
  • Processing of employees' expense claim

3) Administration:

  • Responsible for courier, answering phone call, attending to guests
  • Liaise with office building management
  • Liaise with travel agent for travel related matters for all offices
  • Keep track of training/seminar register

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma in relevant field
  • Atleast 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words, Power Point and MYOB
