The Singapore office serves as a key finance and decision-making hub for the region.

Job Description

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will support the full accounting cycle for Singapore-based entities while working closely with regional stakeholders.

  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, and bank entries
  • Prepare payments, book purchase and sales invoices, and manage reconciliations
  • Support monthly and annual financial close including accruals and prepayments
  • Maintain accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow schedules
  • Assist with GST filings, audits, and statutory reporting requirements
  • Support intercompany transactions and financial analysis as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting role
  • Hands-on experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Exposure to GST and statutory compliance
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and accountable working style
