About Our Client

Our client is a well-established shipping and crew management group with headquarters in Singapore and a network of manning offices across Europe and Asia. The group supports shipowners globally by supplying and managing multinational crews, ensuring vessels meet operational and safety compliance requirements.

Job Description

  • Manage full-set accounting for Singapore-based entities, including month-end close
  • Handle high-volume AR/AP transactions across multiple vessels and currencies
  • Prepare and issue vessel-related invoices, including manning fees and recharges
  • Monitor vessel-level cash flow and cost balances to support operational decisions
  • Liaise daily with overseas manning offices to reconcile charges and payments
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Contribute to system and process improvements using Microsoft Dynamics 365

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience handling full sets of accounts
  • Background in shipping, ship management, or maritime-related industries
  • Experience managing multi-currency accounting and reconciliations
  • Strong understanding of AR, AP, and cash flow management
  • Comfortable working in a high-transaction, operationally driven environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate issues openly
