With ongoing business expansion, the team is seeking a dedicated and resilient team player to join the finance operations team.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Analyse financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (3 years preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Oracle financials module preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access; excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
