Job Description

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Manage accounting for investment portfolios, including valuation, income recognition, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulations and other relevant financial standards.
  • Monitor and reconcile complex transactions related to securities, derivatives, and alternative investments.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for investment performance.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge of MAS guidelines and tax regulations for investment companies
