About Our Client

The client is an international real estate investment platform specializing in investing across a spectrum of hotels. Their hotels operate under internationally recognized brands and are managed by trusted industry leaders.

Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation and finalization of monthly and year-end accounts for investment holding companies.
  • Ensure compliance with finance filing requirements (XBRL) and tax filings, including corporate tax and VAT.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate intercompany transactions.
  • Update financial and consolidation systems on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Assist with year-end consolidation accounting processes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma/Degree in related field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience
