About Our Client

Our client is a leading global electronic payments provider to banking and merchant partners globally. In line with their success, they are looking for an Account Manager.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Focus on Account and Relationship Management to maximize revenue and profitability potential by up-selling to existing clients, driving renewal revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Managing relationships with key clients helping them achieve their strategic goals.
  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 5 or more years of demonstrated account and relationship management experience within the payments/FinTech industry.
  • Demonstrated experience of working with multiple internal teams and a proven track record of being able to deliver added value to the customer through a cohesive approach.
  • Proven capabilities in designing, implementing and steering growth plans across a portfolio of customers.
  • Proven track record/evidence of ability to build sustained value-add relationships.
