Marketing Manager
As the key driver of the marketing team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic initiatives and implementations in place. You will seek to increase the visibility of the assigned portfolio by partaking in active brand building campaigns. In addition, you will work closely with external partners on joint marketing communication activities.
Degree qualified, you possess a proven track record with at least ten years in marketing, ideally in the property and real estate sector. You are commercially savvy, creative with strong interpersonal skills.

Sales/Investor Relations Manager
You will have overall responsibility for strategising the sales plans and processes; generating revenue through attracting investors and developers for commercial, residential, retail and leisure projects. A key focus will be to liaise with international agents and finalise the transactions.
You have demonstrated competence in building high-value relationships and possess a strong track record of success in the property industry. You are independent and have strong leadership. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must.

Finance & Administration Manager
Reporting to the CFO in head office, you will be responsible for the overall management of all accounting, finance and administration for the project and the company. This will include financial and management reporting, corporate compliance, taxation, as well as managing payroll matters.
Ideally, you are a degree qualified CPA/CA with at least eight years of post graduation experience. An understanding of Malaysian regulatory and taxation law is critical. An energetic and independent individual, you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and thrives in a dynamic environment.
