About Our Client
Our client is one of the most widely recognized FMCG companies in the world. Their well-known products are market leading and they have been invoked with innovative projects in Asia. As a result of growing business, there is now a once in a lifetime opportunity for a fun loving and high calibre Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager to join the expanding Southeast Asia team.
In this newly created role, you will be reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Director who covers Asia Pacific You will be fully responsible for full-spectrum C&B matters across Southeast Asia, supporting a total head-count of 5000 employees. Supported by the HR Business Partners across the markets, you will ensure compliance and competitiveness of the C&B structures and recommend relevant salary structure changes to maintain internal equity and compliance to employment related regulations. You will perform salary reviews and you will be required to work with the HR Business Partners to review the total compensation structure - as well as the long-term incentive schemes of Senior Management. You will ensure rewards are given in recognition of staff competencies, pro actively recommending the review of C&B procedures to ensure market competitiveness and best practices. Finally, you will be responsible for the implementation of new benefit programs and annual benefit changes including wellness and lifestyle management programs.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you should be degree qualified and have at least 10 years experience in compensation and benefits, with proven experience in developing and implementing C&B projects. Ideally, you come with prior experience in a relevant industry or from a compensation consulting firm with prior SEA exposure.You are a driven, fun loving, results-driven, hands-on and confident professional. To be highly successful in this role, you must have the ability to adapt quickly to change and pro actively suggest new solutions. You should be able to work independently and manage your own work.
