About Our Client
My client is a leading investor in Real Estate with a global platform. With the buoyancy of the Hospitality market in the Asia region, they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee their development and asset enhancement activity within their hospitality portfolio across South East Asia.

Job Description
Reporting to the CEO you will have responsibility for managing the delivery of new developments alongside their JV partners as well as delivering asset enhancement programmes including refurbishments, conversions and re-branding activities. You will also be involved in new business activities and be expected to evaluate investment opportunities both in terms of acquisitions but also asset enhancement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering hospitality projects. You will also be capable of appraising investment opportunities with strong financial modeling skills. You are likely to be currently working within the asset management team of a developer with hospitality assets and have managed new build projects previously. You will have begun your career in Project Management before moving into investment. This position would ideally suit a Singaporean with strong written and spoken Mandarin skills.

What's On Offer
Remuneration: S$110,000 – S$130,000 + benefits (depending on qualifications & experience)
